We accept Visa and Mastercard for payment on the Internet.
If you want to purchase our product by check or money order please send your check or money order to the following address: Courtesy Flush, 1278 Glenneyre, No. 409, Laguna Beach, CA 92651. Include $5.50 per bottle and $5.25 for shipping and handling. Please include a return address for your order. Please note that the name "Courtesyflush.com" will be the charging merchant on your credit card statement.
Refund/Exchange Policy
We DO NOT offer any Money Back Guarantee on our product. We also DO NOT offer you the ability to seek a refund or exchange the product after you purchase it. All sales are final after you click on the “Purchase” confirmation button on our web site shopping cart and we accept your order. There are no exceptions to this policy.
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to decline your order if payment is not received by us. In addition, we may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

Shipping Costs
We ship Courtesy Flush by U.S. Mail, UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground, at our option. The cost of shipping and handling is a one-time, $5.25 fee, no matter how many bottles you order.
Shipping Dates
Generally, we try to ship your order within three days. All ship dates are subject to product availability. We make no guarantees on shipping dates or dates you will receive your product. Typographical Errors
In the event a product price is listed incorrectly due to typographical or other error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately credit your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
